"Veasey Mechanical was in and out in less than a day!"

I am pleased to say that, despite this summer's unusually high temperatures, the 3 ton Goodman unit you installed earlier this year not only has meant lower electric bills than the 3 1/2 system it replaced, but has done so while maintaining consistent, comfortable temperatures, which our old system often failed to do. The short version of the story is that everything is working as well or better than Mr. Veasey told us it would, and for less money, with more features, and better warranties than other vendors quoted. Plus, Veasey Mechanical was in and out in less than a day, rather than the two or even three days other vendors estimated. Thank you, and well done!

Veasey came out to my new house to install a duct for a chimney hood and check out what was wrong with my furnace and upgrade my thermostats. I appreciate his honesty, he didn’t try to get me to buy a new furnace when I just needed it apart. I was also very impressed by how he installed the duct for the chimney hood, my house is not easy to work with and he figured out how to get the duct in. When I couldn’t figure out my new thermostats, he was easily reached and I was able to get a next day appointment (which I didn’t end up needing but still, it’s great that he was willing to come out so promptly). Will be calling him for all of my HVAC needs. Very professional, honest, and great pricing!

"Same Day Service"

I knew what the problem was after troubleshooting the outside unit. I called Veasey Mechanical Services and asked if they could come out today and replace the part. The owner, T, arrived and listened to me explain what I had done. Without trying to oversell me with other issues he proceeded to make the repair successfully. T was very professional and polite. We had a warranty with the manufacture and T processed the claim with no money out of my pocket. I would definitely recommend this company!

"Amazing Customer Service"

I have a family of 4 and we had been experiencing some extremely hot days with our unit going down. I am a first-time homeowner, knew nothing about units and exactly how my homeowner's insurance applies in this situation. From the moment I called in I knew that I was in good hands. T and Vicky gave excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. They informed me that it should be covered under my insurance and that they would work with my insurance to get the unit replaced. Their team of technicians was professional and friendly throughout the entire process. In the process they also found that all of my ducts needed to be replaced as well for technical/safety reasons; my insurance said that the ductwork would not be covered and that I would have to pay out of pocket. T and Vicky contacted my insurance informing them of the different codes that would enable the ductwork to be fully covered under the insurance that I have. The work was done accurately, swiftly, and conveniently in every way possible. It made everything cost-efficient and possible for us to get it done. I and my family are now enjoying a cool home with a unit/duct system that works way more efficiently than the original. The new unit/ ducts will also help decrease our bill and eliminate expenses that were involved with the prior system.
